Every event is different, and so is every beer list.


Our pricing depends on the number of guests, the type of event, and the beers you choose.

To give you an idea, our pints start at around £4.50 for easy-drinking lagers and rise to £10–£12 for rare or high-strength craft pours.
Most events fall somewhere in between, with guests enjoying a balanced range of styles to suit every taste and budget.

We operate with a minimum total bar spend of £1,200, which covers setup, staffing, and service for your event.
This can be reached through guest sales, prepaid tabs, or a mix of both.

CHOOSE YOUR CRAFTY FOX PACKAGE

If you are hosting a wedding or corporate event, you can choose to:

  • Pay for all drinks (open bar).

  • Part-pay (set a prepaid tab, then switch to guest-pay).

  • Let guests pay individually.

We’ll help you tailor the setup to match your crowd, your budget, and the kind of beers you want on tap.

Once we know roughly how many people are attending and the style of event, we can give you a clear estimate so there are no surprises on the day.
