CRAFT BEER FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW BETTER

Got questions?

What is Crafty Fox On Tap?

We are a premium mobile craft beer bar serving weddings, festivals, private parties, and corporate events across Yorkshire and beyond. With up to 10 taps and a handpicked selection of the region’s best independent brewers, we bring the full bar experience to you.

What drinks do you serve?

Our taps feature a rotating line-up of craft beers, lagers, and ciders. We also offer wines, spirits, soft drinks, and alcohol-free options. You will get a chance to choose your drinks during our pre-event planning process.

Can you provide staff?

Yes. All bookings include friendly, trained bar staff to serve drinks, manage the bar, and make your event run smoothly.

Do you offer tasting sessions?

Yes. We offer optional tasting sessions at our bar, The Crafty Fox, 44 Commercial Street, Brighouse, HD9 3NP. Tastings are by appointment and may carry a small fee, which can be deducted from your final balance if you go ahead with the booking. We will discuss this during your discovery call.

Can I add live music?

Yes. We offer an optional live acoustic music add-on with Michelle Veasey, performing indie-style covers (mainly from the 1990s onwards). This provides relaxed background music and is available for an additional fee of £350, which includes two 45-minute sets. Ask us during your discovery call if you would like to add this to your package.

Where are you based?

We are based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, and we serve events across the region (and further afield depending on availability).

How much space do you need?

We need a flat, stable surface for the bar unit and enough access to unload equipment. We will confirm site access and layout with you in advance.

Do you need power or water?

Yes. We require access to a standard power supply. We do not need running water, but access to it is helpful. All setup requirements are discussed during planning.

Do you work at outdoor events?

Yes, we are well-suited to outdoor events. Please ensure there is suitable weather cover (marquee or shelter) for our staff and equipment.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes. We have a minimum bar spend of £1,200 per booking. This can be covered by host contributions, guest purchases, or prepaid tabs. If sales fall short, the organiser agrees to cover the difference.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due 14 days before your event. All payments are made by bank transfer.

Can guests pay for their own drinks?

Yes. You can choose between three bar service models:

- Guest-pay (a full cash or card bar for guests)

- Host-paid (you cover the bar)

- Part-paid (you prepay a bar tab, and guests pay after it runs out)

We will confirm your preferred model in your booking form.

Do I need a licence to have alcohol at my event?

If your venue is not already licensed (for example, a private property or village hall), you may need a Temporary Event Notice (TENS) from your local council. It is quick to apply and costs £21. We will let you know if you need one and guide you through it, but the application is your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Do you check ID?

Yes. We operate Challenge 25 and will not serve alcohol to anyone under 18 or who appears intoxicated.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We hold public liability insurance up to £1 million. Copies are available on request.

How do I book?

Start by filling in our enquiry form or booking a discovery call. Once we have chatted and confirmed availability, we will send you a booking form and contract to sign electronically.

When do I pay?

A deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due 14 days before the event. All payments are made via bank transfer.

Can I cancel or change my date?

Yes. Cancellations are allowed but may incur charges depending on how close we are to your event. Date changes are subject to availability. Full terms are included in your booking form.

Will I get to choose the drinks?

Yes. Around 4 to 6 weeks before your event we will send a planning form to confirm your drinks line-up, logistics, and any extras.

What Makes THE UNREFINED CHEF DIFFERENT?

Others focus on diet trends or calorie counting.

I focus on real food - unrefined, unprocessed ingredients that nourish and heal.

My medicinal cooking background helps me use food therapeutically - to support mental clarity, energy, gut health and chronic symtoms.

Because what we eat affects everything - from our daily energy to our long-term health.

And if we don't make time for wellness now, we'll be forced to make time for illness later.

Your life will not get better by chance - it gets better by change.

It's not difficult. You CAN do it one step at a time - and your body will thank you for it!
